The Church/Community Building is constructed the same as all the other Lazarian buildings with the following EXCEPTIONS:

1. Add an additional #3 rebar to the top lintel/concrete beam on the perimeter of the building.

2. Add an additional #3 rebar on the king stud-columns/sides and lintel-headers/tops of ALL doors and windows. Therefore all doors, windows, and top lintel/concrete beams to have a total of Qty (2) #3 rebar continuous.

3. Add 3/8" CDX plywood on entire roof area prior to installing roofing.
